Chocolate Cake for Breakfast

I was recently talking with a new believer who's a good friend of mine. She told me that she got saved last year and now she wants to enter into the "knowing process." I was blown away. Here was a new believer who was so excited about learning who her Savior is, even more so than someone who has seen God's face and is content with what they've seen.

But what really astounded me was the fact that this new believer is 13 years old, a seventh grader. And she already has such a powerful understanding of what Christianity is supposed to be about. I look up to her so much, which is crazy because she'd probably say the same thing about me.

This revival I've been anticipating...it's already started. It's beginning with youth like her and others I see. I'm leaving next year, but I have faith in the generation that I'm leaving behind. If they can inspire me, one of their peers, with their beautiful spirits, they can revive the hearts of the adults.
